About Login Logix
Since our inception customers have known us by our web site name – MaintenanceLogin.com. We officially changed our business name in January of 2018 to better clarify our product versus our name. Since 2007 we have expanded to include facility use billing/reservations, asset tracking, fire & life safety inspections, inspection focused work orders, with more in the works. We are an internet native maintenance and facilities management software solution (i.e. a work order system, use of facility system, and in beta a Tech Desk program). Since our inception in 2002 as EDU Business Solutions (our sister company today), our customer base has grown to span the U.S. from coast to coast. As our products have expanded, we split into divisions to better focus energies and moved the maintenance exclusive products into Login Logix/Maintenance Login.
The concept of this membership was developed to work like a co-operative via the California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO) Eastern Section in the early 2000’s. Our core philosophy is rooted in K-12 school maintenance management using a managing-to-objectives business model. The forerunner of today’s work order program was implemented in the founders home District, Capistrano USD. A shared version followed and was beta tested by our good friends at Santa Maria JUHSD, with our official paid membership launch at the Coalition of Adequate School Housing (CASH) annual conference in 2007. It is an honor to help provide school operations (maintenance/assets/technology/facility use) tools for facilities large and small. Our membership is continuously improving our processes; our products are simply the right tools for the job.
